The apartment was comfortable and had what we needed, and it seems like a good spot for a quiet break in Berchtesgadener Land, whether with family or on your own. We could get to the sights easily by car or bike. We’ll come back in summer and give the beach chairs and grill a try :-)

We visited in winter and found it well worth the trip. The hosts were very attentive, and the view of Watzmann mountain was fantastic. It’s a little out of the way, but that was part of the appeal.

Breakfast on the sunny balcony was a lovely part of our stay, and the beach chair was a nice extra. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and in excellent condition. Margret gave us great excursion tips, and our dog was made very welcome. We’d happily come back. We’d found the place spontaneously for Easter and were greeted warmly despite arriving late. One thing to know is that the apartment was quite noisy, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the bedroom. 😊
