The pork schnitzel with mushrooms was really tasty, and the place has a great atmosphere for enjoying a classic Bitburger. It’s right by the historic Goat Children statue, too. Highly recommend.

The room was always spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was spacious enough, though a few small flaws could easily be fixed. The schnitzels were amazing, some of the best I’ve ever had, and the waiters were kind, fun to chat with, and gave great service.

We were in Germany for a two week tour from the States and spent four nights here. The room was clean, comfortable, and big enough, and the fresh breakfast had plenty of choice. We also had a great time at the friendly bar, where the tender took care with every pour and the beer was delicious. It’s right downtown. The street construction below our room was unfortunate, though hopefully the square is even nicer now. Thanks for a great stay, we loved our visit!

The meal was tasty and freshly prepared, and the service was very friendly. We’d only come for a quick lunch, though, and waited an hour before we could eat. That’s far too long. Paying by credit card was no problem, but tips had to be paid in cash, which isn’t fair to the waiters.
