Landhaus Waibelhof

We could set off on hikes right from the farm, and the grounds were beautifully kept and landscaped with care. The children’s play equipment was high quality and worked perfectly. We spent a wonderful, relaxing 14 days at Waibelhof. Our apartment was spacious, spotless, and charmingly furnished, and we had everything we needed. The refrigerator already had regional groceries for the first few days. We got plenty of useful excursion tips and always felt comfortable asking questions. There was also a small terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Thanks again for such a lovely stay.

There are plenty of nice places to visit around Gunzesried, so we never had to go far for things to do. We loved our week at Waibelhof and will definitely come back. The three of us stayed in the Silberdistel holiday apartment, which, like the rest of the house, is furnished with lots of charm and care. The grounds are lovely, and it’s a peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful nature. Kids can enjoy a large trampoline, a playground, goats to pet, and several other animals. When the weather’s bad, there’s a sauna area, and we especially liked having it privately to ourselves instead of sharing it with other guests.

A little escape from everyday life, and we’d love to return! My daughter and I spent three days at Waibelhof in June and felt very comfortable. We were there before the school holidays, so we had the farm to ourselves and could enjoy the peace. We got a lovely welcome and stayed in the Edelweiss room, which was furnished very nicely and with care. My daughter loved feeding the animals and playing in the small playground.

The Waibel family has a sauna right on the farm, with a really inviting relaxation area where you can unwind for a few hours. There’s also so much to see and do nearby. This was our first farm holiday, and definitely not our last! Everything was perfect, and choosing Waibelhof was the right decision. We’ll definitely be back! 🚘
