The view over Blankenburg is the best in town! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and you can charge an electric car overnight for a very reasonable price. We'll definitely be back to enjoy the view from the room and restaurant.

The food was delicious, both dinner and the complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to a high-energy day. The hotel has a fantastic view over the city or one of the many trail paths. If you're arriving without a vehicle, be ready for a steep climb up the ramp each time you come back. The staff were generally friendly as long as you follow the expected German way of behaving, xD. Being six minutes late for breakfast earned me a disapproving stare.

We had a lovely stay with our two dogs, and the owners were so warm and helpful. We didn't get to say goodbye to you both and Ginger, unfortunately, but hope to visit again someday!
