2/10
If I could, I’d give this the worst hotel on earth minus ten stars. I had to stay here twice during two visits, and it was really bad both times. From the front desk through the service to management, this was the crappiest hotel. People were rude, arrogant, and inconsiderate. They don’t care about you at all; you’re just a “shitty” number to them. The rooms look fancy, but there’s always some issue. Breakfast was okay, though exactly the same every day, and the bread was hit or miss. The one thing that never changed was the nasty, unaccommodating attitude. The award for worst hotel goes to this Residenz. I hope they don’t survive.

The view from my room was lovely and helped make the stay relaxing. At Hotel Residenz, the staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional. My room was exceptionally clean and ready, everything was in order, and I didn’t run into any problems. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were especially polite, and at the restaurant we were looked after by trained, very professional people. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices, and the black coffee was the best I’ve had at a hotel. The Residenz felt like a privilege to stay in, with elegant decor and spacious, well-furnished rooms.

Breakfast costs vary by room type, even though the meals and service are the same. The room itself was gorgeous and clean, and the city center is within walking distance.

Everything else was spot on, and the staff were super helpful. It’s a nice hotel with good bicycle storage. My only issue was that the beds were extremely soft.
