We had a wonderful stay in this large, modern apartment. It was super clean and fully equipped, with three spacious bedrooms, soft comfortable bedding, and three bathrooms that made things especially convenient. The wide, cozy living room was great for relaxing, and the practical kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The large refrigerator was a big plus, since those aren’t always easy to find. We felt right at home!!!

After 30 years of hiking together as friends, we’ve finally found a vacation apartment that tops our list: "Franziska." It was clean and well-kept, and we felt right at home. There were plenty of dishes and cutlery too. Thanks so much!

We almost felt at home in this lovely apartment for two. Everything was in excellent condition, from the comfortable furniture and good appliances to the ample crockery and dishes. The terrace was pleasant, with nice furniture, and a washing machine and dryer were provided too. The landlord was very friendly. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return.

We were four adults and two children, and the apartment worked very well for us. It had everything we could need and was really well-equipped, including a crib and highchair. Mr. Jonuscheit was very friendly and quick to reply to WhatsApp messages. We’ll definitely be back!

We all felt very comfortable during our fantastic two weeks in Bodenmais, including our three children. The garden was lovely, the location great, and contact was very friendly. There was a key safe, but the welcome still felt personal. The apartment and amenities were just as described, and we’d love to return. One small point: the mattresses felt a bit too soft and might not suit every back.
