We slept really well and had a great stay. The room was huge, nicely decorated, and spotless, and having a parking space was a real plus. The staff were very helpful with information and accommodating about our late arrival.

There’s no regular coffee in the room, just one sachet of 3 in 1. Service could be much better too. Residents face strict closing times, and if you want to finish a drink on the terrace late at night, they leave you sitting in the dark. A friendlier attitude would help, though maybe the location makes them complacent. I wasn’t impressed.

The rooms were spotless, and we had beautiful lake views from both the rooms and public areas. It’s a family-run hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I even got my reservation wrong, but they fixed my mistake without any hassle. Really can’t fault it.

Breakfast is unbelievable, and the hotel is close to Bodensee, just 300 meters from the lake park. I’d definitely recommend it. One thing to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage: there’s no lift, so getting it to the upper floors could be a problem.

The food was excellent, and breakfast had a huge choice, all of it tasty. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly.
