Even though I got in late after an airport issue, the person at the counter had left a letter with all the information I needed for my stay. The employees were very kind, and the place was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the restaurant. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area again. Thank you, and congratulations on the hotel!

The lake view from our balcony was lovely, and our comfortable room had two levels, with a wonderful deep bathtub tucked under the upstairs eaves. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with prosecco available as well. We rented bicycles from the hotel and they were in good condition. We chose half-pension and enjoyed the dinners, but after looking at the menu we wanted to try ordering à la carte, so we booked a table for the next weekend when we were passing through Ludwigshafen again and not staying overnight at Adler. The carpeted floor wasn’t to our taste, though the bathtub made up for it. We also found there were too many smokers on the restaurant terrace. Non-smokers have rights, too. We had to book two nights because it was a holiday weekend, which was fine for the first weekend since we were celebrating a landmark birthday on Saturday and Mother's Day after that.

I was there for a work trip and found the room nicely appointed and the restaurant very nice. I didn’t use the leisure centre, but it was great to step outside in the morning and go straight into the lake for a swim. A very nice hotel.

For our small wedding celebration, we had the meal at Seerestaurant Adler and then spent the night at the Hotel. The setting was more beautiful than we could have wished for, and both the restaurant and hotel staff handled our special day so professionally. The wedding decorations were incredibly beautiful and tastefully done, and the food and drinks were delicious. The waiter and waitress team were amazing. A special thank you to Frau Ula Szustakowska and all the staff for being flexible, kind, and incredibly professional. We couldn’t recommend this lovely place more :)
