Gästehaus Sonnenberg

We'd definitely stay again. The apartment was well equipped and matched what we expected, and we could easily get in touch beforehand or during the visit whenever we had a question. We had a wonderful time at Gästehaus Sonnenberg. Thank you!

That was 10 wonderful days surrounded by beautiful nature, and we're already hoping to come back. The Alps view was stunning, and the balcony was enormous. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with a great bathroom and a big shower. The Seider family welcomed us warmly and were so friendly and accommodating. The bread delivery service was fantastic, and the price felt excellent for what we got. Many thanks, Constanze and Jens Imhof 🤗

Both the place we stayed and the surrounding area were beautiful, and everything was clean and well looked after. For me, it's a 10, though the rating only lets me give 5 stars. We'd be very happy to come again.

I was shocked by how this potential booking was handled. I asked on Tuesday about renting an apartment for five nights, and Ms. Seider replied with a positive offer, which I accepted. Four days later, she said she'd apparently got the dates wrong and the apartment was already booked for that period. She also said I should have called because the reservation wasn't confirmed, even though she hadn't answered my email for those four days. What made it even harder to understand was that the apartment still showed as available on Booking.com, just with a seven-night minimum. I would have understood if they'd said from the start that they only rent by the week. With respect for how difficult things are right now and the need to earn money, sending an offer, leaving me waiting four days, then saying the apartment isn't available felt outrageously brazen and like a lie. I have a photo from Booking.com taken today as proof.
