The central location made it easy to get to public transport, restaurants, and popular attractions. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices for different tastes. A wonderful stay for business or leisure.

We needed an emergency stop and booked just three hours before we arrived. The room was clean and nice, and we had a good stay. There isn't hotel parking, though there are some parking options nearby. I've added it to our regular travel stops.

The location is the one real plus, about five minutes from the Rhein. The room was very basic, with no fridge or kettle. At least there were towels. We had to take the very narrow elevator to our room on the fifth floor. The balcony was dirty with seagull droppings, and it was shared between two rooms. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The price and service don't feel balanced.

Coming back to the hotel, I was shocked to find that staff had entered our room and taken and wasted our drinks. At reception, the staff member was aggressive and said anyone unhappy with the service could check out. So I did, and I'd warn others to be careful with this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff were good. The room itself was quite narrow, so the beds couldn't be pushed together, but it had a huge balcony. I also missed having a small fridge. The hotel is right in central Bonn beside the Kennedybridge, though street side rooms may pick up smells from the shisha bars. WiFi is free but slow. I'd stay here again.
