The only real downside during my work trip was the slow Internet. Everything else was brilliant: the hotel was immaculate, there was a great little gym and sauna, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks to everyone for being patient with my poor German and making me feel welcome. Keep up the great work :)

Really good food, and the staff were both professional and friendly. Kachelot is a fantastic place. Highly recommend!

The kids loved the ground-floor playroom, and since it's easy to reach from the dining room, parents can enjoy an extra coffee at breakfast :) The children's dinner choices were varied, too, with more than just pasta or fries. We were there as a family for a few days in late summer and looked forward to the breakfast buffet and dinner every day. The service was especially great and child-friendly, which you don't often find. Even the younger children felt comfortable. The rooms aren't quite modern anymore, but they were clean and functional. A table on the balcony would be handy. We'd definitely like to come back!

The staff were very friendly, and the building was mostly quiet, with older regular guests. Our room had a balcony, and mornings could get a bit noisy because of delivery traffic. Otherwise, it was OK.
