The location is lovely, and the staff were friendly. We arrived to find the toilet dirty, but they cleaned it quickly once we mentioned it. The toilet seat broke on the first day just from sitting on it, and the glass in the bathroom was broken, which was dangerous. There was no vegetarian menu, and the choices were limited anyway. The vegetarian dish we got was basically the regular meal without the meat or fish. Room service had nothing available to order, though they did give us complimentary nuts, which was nice. Maybe winter had something to do with it, but as avid travelers we were disappointed by the overall quality, especially at such a steep price.
