Villa-Emilie-Wohnung-Augustine

Luisa's Holiday Apartment was clean and cozy, with some renovations giving it a modern feel. We had a very pleasant stay. Its central location and closeness to the beach made it handy for outings and going to restaurants.

Apartment Luisa is in a good spot and is actually quite nice, but the terrace made it impossible to relax. It’s mostly shaded, has no south-facing exposure, and is overlooked by neighboring houses and from above. There was no parasol for privacy, just one uncomfortable lounger without a cushion and small chairs that weren’t comfortable for sitting with a book. Parking is right beside the terrace, and a portable toilet was there too, so we couldn’t use the terrace at all during the vacation. Inside, the mattresses were terrible, the rooms very noisy, and the curtains didn’t properly block out light. The thin, faded bed linen wasn’t appealing, there was no hand brush or broom, and there were various other problems. The location is good, but the high price is unacceptable. Never again at that price.

The villa itself was really nice, but I was annoyed that there was no properly hot water around midday, only about 38 degrees Celsius. I also hadn’t expected to pay an extra €2 for the sauna in the bathroom, since the price includes the sauna, washing machine, and other amenities.

I felt very comfortable in this beautiful, well-equipped apartment. Having two separate sleeping areas gives you some peace and quiet. The roller shutter is broken, though, and a draft comes in through the bay window. The sauna, washer, and dryer all cost extra.
