The place was disgusting. My room had hair left by previous guests, and the bathroom was extremely filthy. The hall was smoky and full of rubbish. The sheets and towel were the only clean things. I didn't want to touch anything else, and it was noisy at night.

The quality and condition are good, but the booking and payment system needs improvement.

There was no hot water.

The house was very noisy and poorly soundproofed, and we had no hot water on the evening we arrived or the next morning. It came back the following evening. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the towels were fresh, so that's where the one star comes from. Everything else was awful. The bathroom was outrageous, and both it and the room looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was hair from previous guests beside the bed and in the bathroom, plus dead insects splattered on the tiles. At the very least, the floors and bathroom should be properly cleaned between guests. Never again!!!

The beds were good, but the balcony was filthy and the bathroom was broken and shared with other rooms. Some of the staff I spoke with by phone were unfriendly too. I'd rather pay €30 more for a hotel room that's reputable and comfortable.
