We got the check-in instructions by phone even though we arrived really late, and had no trouble getting in. There was enough kitchenware, and thankfully the room was clean with no bed bugs. We only needed somewhere to sleep for the night and weren't expecting much. For two people at 62 euros, it wasn't a bad stay.
The building seems quite new, and there are shops close by. The room had a fridge, bathroom and TV. But the kitchen was covered in dirt and grease, and the sink was leaking with water on the floor. There was black mold in the shower and hair in the sink, so the owner really needs to pay more attention to hygiene. It was pretty disgusting and needs a cleaning service.
We paid 140 euros, then had to leave in a rush at 23:15 with three small kids. After just 75 minutes in room 28, we found so many bedbugs they were crawling out of the wall. We'd booked the day before and forgot to check the Google reviews, which was a mistake. The reviews suggest this has been a problem for eight months. Thank God there was a four-star hotel 13 minutes away. Stay away!
The room cleanliness was questionable, especially in the shower, but the bedbugs were the real nightmare. We woke up with so many bites on our bodies. I wish I'd checked the reviews before booking. Terrible experience, and I don't know how this hotel is still open. One star feels overrated. Stay away.
The room was clean and cozy, with a large wardrobe, TV, table, chairs and fridge. It's in a quiet part of town, with Aldi about 100 meters away, and there's free parking. The fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor, with a stove, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. You can reach the room by lift or stairs.
