Sophia was so friendly, and the room was enormous, clean, and luxurious. We were cycling long days on a bike tour and checked ahead to see if arriving late at 21.00h was okay. It was no problem at all. Marina Niederhavel is a lovely spot, very close to Brandenburg centre. We had a great stay!

The scenery was lovely, but the houseboat felt a bit dated. Returning it was a terrible experience, and the staff were generally rather unfriendly. Such a shame. We won't be back.

The room was huge, modern, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was basic, though. The food was so-so: I ordered a medium steak, but it arrived rare. I sent it back, and five minutes later it came with fresh fries, but the steak was the same as before. There was a big private celebration, yet they were clearing away drinks that were still half full at 11 pm.
