The common room came in handy when the weather turned, with places to sit, ping-pong and foosball. In summer, the shared barbecue area and benches sound like a nice spot to chat. We stayed at Süderhof near Juliusruh and Glowe for a short New Year's break with the kids, hoping to unwind after the holidays. The apartments are modern, clean and laid out well, with underfloor heating and a big TV in the kitchen-living area. We were glad to find towels and the beds already made. Two bathrooms alongside the two double bedrooms made mornings much easier with boys and girls in the group. It's a peaceful, lovely area, and the coast and its beaches are easy to reach by car. The chalk cliffs are about a 20-minute drive and the nearest supermarket is around 10 minutes away. We also liked the promenade in Glowe, with ice cream, drinks and snacks, a nice beachside walking path and a lovely view. Try the bratwurst at the beach grill with the shark, the best around! Rügen is always worth visiting, and Süderhof made a lovely family base.

From the living room, the water and surrounding nature made a breathtaking view. We spent New Year's Eve 2024 at Domizil 7 for a winter weekend and had a great time. The apartment is spacious and welcoming, with lovely furnishings and a practical layout, and it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, too. There are plenty of activities and nice places to visit nearby if you have a car. We'd happily return.

The view is lovely, and getting around by bike or car was easy. We stayed for a week in apartment 6, which was clean, in very good shape, and truly excellent.

After a day at the beach, it was lovely to come back and relax quietly on the terrace. The beach is about 4 km away. The rental looks out over fields, with sailboats visible on the water beyond them. In front there's a big meadow with soccer goals, a volleyball net, a barbecue and a playground. Kids can meet and play together there, and with no cars passing by, we didn't have to worry about them. We love coming here.

The little daily menu is written on a chalkboard, and everything we tried was delicious. It was quiet in the evening by the Bodden lagoon, and we were glad the place wasn't crowded. The big playground kept the kids busy. Parking is free right outside, and it's only a short bike ride from Breege. It almost feels like a hidden gem. Highly recommend it.
