The rooms were clean, and I still like the place, but the service has slipped since I was here two years ago. There was no shampoo in the shower or soap in the dispenser. The food had way too much pepper, and the hot apple pie was still frozen in the middle.

The staff were friendly and the service was fantastic. The rooms were clean and very quiet, right next to the Kiel canal.

The location makes this a great base for exploring the Kiel Canal and nearby area by bike. The staff are friendly, and the owner is lovely and quick to sort out small problems. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was excellent, and requests were taken care of right away. The rooms have been renovated with a lot of care, and the hotel is in a wonderfully quiet spot on the canal. The staff and hotel manager were very friendly. Please keep the organic concept going. Wishing you all the best and good health!
