We felt at home right away and would happily return. The setting is peaceful, with lovely scenery, and the farm and apartment are kept spotless. The apartment is modern, tasteful, and well cared for, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kids especially have plenty to explore, making it a great place for families, nature lovers, or anyone after a quiet break.

We spent nine days here and really enjoyed it. Fresh eggs and milk were served at breakfast each day, along with fresh rolls from a bakery about five minutes away. There's also a butcher in the village. We got out for several bike rides using the good range of bicycles available. For children, there are animals, a playroom, a yard playground, and go-karts to ride around on.

We stayed over New Year's Eve with our family, booking two apartments. They had everything we needed, and the landlady was very welcoming. We'd be glad to return.

The kids, aged 4 and 6, would have happily stayed on the farm the whole time. They could wander around freely, spend hours at the playground, and help milk and feed the cows, pet rabbits, visit the calves, look for eggs in the chicken coop, and give grass to the goats. They loved it and wanted to stay longer. We had a great week too, and felt very comfortable at this beautiful, well-kept farm. The cottage was clean and cozy, with everything we needed and a brand new bathroom. We could eat and relax indoors or outside, and watch the children at the playground from the terrace. There was no shortage of things to do, with books and games in the apartments, a playroom with a workbench, shop, dollhouse, foosball table and more, a room of bikes and little vehicles, and bigger vehicles in the barn. The playground was a favorite, especially the trampoline. The pool should be a highlight when the weather gets warmer. We cooked for ourselves easily, with the option of cooking or grilling over charcoal or wood. The local butcher has great meat. Drinks are available on the farm, and you can help yourself to fresh milk. The bakery is farther away, and the nearest larger town has everything you need. Lots of holidaymakers visit Legoland, but there are plenty of other excursions too. We have several on our list for next time.
