They asked me to pay in cash for the week I stayed, and I did. Afterward I urgently needed a receipt, but they've done everything they can to avoid giving me one. Now they don't answer my messages or calls. The whole thing feels sketchy, and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The host was really warm and nice, and I had a comfortable stay. I was surprised by an extra 5% tourist tax payable at the property. It can be negotiated, though, depending on why you're visiting and your residential status.

Parking is a nightmare, though the Wi-Fi worked just fine. I only gave this place one star because that's the lowest rating I could leave. The owners take no responsibility. After we rated them badly on booking.com, they threw us out of the apartment. We had also asked them to fix the problem so we could improve the rating, but they didn't. The managers and owners were rude and extremely violent. Good luck getting through to anyone. They take extra money too. If you write an honest review, the owner may aggressively kick you out. If you can be oppressed or like being submissive, go ahead and stay here. A footpath is better than this place. The best thing that could happen would be for the owner to be put in jail. This apartment might suit worms or termites, though maybe even they'd spit it out and go somewhere else.

It's cheap and close to the tram station, but I had a poor experience on the top floor. The room was very small, the oven and dishwasher didn't work, and I couldn't see a fire alarm. There was a lot of noise from the street and tram, and staff weren't quiet during quiet hours.
