B&B HOTEL Bremen-Süd

We booked a room, but when we arrived the bossman said none were available. The man on the phone had been absolutely rude and shown no respect at all. It was a dreadful experience as a traveller, and I would not recommend this place. You might as well stay somewhere else.

Don’t stay here. The guy at reception, some kind of “izan”, acts like he can treat customers like animals. I really don’t recommend it.

Clean and good.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, even though we arrived after 8:00 PM. That employee alone deserved five stars, but the hotel itself didn’t. The worn carpets, dated public areas, and tired room fell far below the usual B&B Hotels standard. The room looked like a low-quality hospital room, with a linoleum floor and a shower opening directly onto the main space. I’d rate the cleanliness 5 out of 10. It was barely acceptable as an emergency place to sleep after arriving late and leaving early, but it certainly wasn’t worth the price. This stay taught me to check the location and read reviews carefully before choosing a B&B Hotel.
