Centro Hotel Domicil 31 Apartments

The apartment had plenty of room for two, but it needs work. Some kitchen utensils were badly worn, including a frying pan that should be replaced, and there weren’t enough glasses or cups. The floor had visible scratches, the tables were stained, and the furniture looked outdated. We could hear other guests through the walls, and street noise came through too. The WiFi was often weak and unstable, so we ended up using mobile data a lot. We stayed three nights on the fourth floor. Although it was only 25 minutes before the official 2:00 pm check-in, the receptionist told us we had to wait. That felt inhospitable and was a bad start. We skipped breakfast at the hotel because bakeries and cafes were nearby, and COVID-19 restrictions made a hearty hotel breakfast harder to get than one elsewhere. Overall, we had a poor experience and were disappointed, especially since the hotel is managed by Best Western.
