The location worked well for us, with a lovely park view through the apartment's many windows. We walked about 10 minutes to the river promenade and around 15 to the main market in the city center for the Christmas markets. There’s also a tram nearby, though we preferred walking. We stayed in the Am Wall #21 unit. It’s been fully renovated, with a modern, roomy feel, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owners were friendly and helpful, quick to respond, and kept in touch. I was unsure about getting the key through an app at first, but it turned out to be easy. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

I booked through AirBnb and couldn’t get clear check-in instructions from the host. By 7:30pm, I’d given up trying to sort it out and booked somewhere else. She sent several scattered messages with the information afterward, but I already had another reservation. Then she refused my cancellation and refund request. This feels like a scam. Save your money.

The staff were kind, quick to reply, and happy to help with questions. Everything in the city center was walkable from this perfectly placed spot, and stations are nearby. It works for a short visit or a longer stay.

Even with the icy wind outside, arriving to a pre-heated apartment was a real comfort. It’s a modern, roomy place for three, with a spacious contemporary bathroom and shower. The kitchenette was practically new and had what we needed.

We had great service from friendly, helpful, understanding staff who were easy to reach and gave excellent advice. Booking was straightforward, and digital check-in meant we could arrive whenever suited us. The apartment itself was new, modern, spotless, and spacious. The location is very convenient, with a parking garage just around the corner and the Schlachte promenade less than a 10-minute walk away.
