Very good value for money. Clean and decent, with good beds and everything you need in the apartment.

It's close enough to walk to the main station and city center, with all its attractions. My street-facing apartment was still quiet at night with the window closed, even though it was chilly. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for yourself, and even the cutlery was lined up neatly in the drawer. Either a previous guest was a bit obsessive or someone here pays close attention to details. I'm guessing the latter. The apartment was beautifully furnished with thoughtful touches, some surprisingly luxurious, like an electrically adjustable slatted bed base and an Eames Lounge Chair to watch TV from. It was incredibly clean, and clearly someone puts a lot of effort into it. Prices were very reasonable and the landlord was friendly. I would give it 5.75 stars if I could. A tip for arrival: the landlord runs his mini-business empire from the neighboring building. Look for him in the courtyard between the buildings.

The host was friendly and easy to talk to, and I was completely satisfied during my two-and-a-half-month stay for professional development. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with free Wi-Fi, complimentary bottled water, and a kitchen with a dishwasher that had everything I wanted. Basic shops and various restaurants were an easy walk away. The old town, including the Schnoor quarter, and Bremen's Bürgerpark were only a few minutes away too. If I return to Bremen for work or vacation, I'll definitely book this guesthouse again.

I spent 30 days here and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very well equipped with all the household utensils, so I could cook my meals every day, and I was very comfortably settled in. The location was good too. The owner was always very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend the place, especially for longer visits.
