The apartment looks very nice at first, but it has some real shortcomings. There was no baking sheet for the oven, no soap dishes, and no towel rails by the sink. The sofas provided for the children were broken and wouldn't stay flat when unfolded.

The reception staff were excellent, answering questions right away, and the apartment itself was lovely. The bedroom was behind a glass door, while the main room had a kitchen, a table with four chairs, and two sofa beds. From the balcony there was a slanted view of the Weser River, sometimes in sunshine, which was beautiful. But cleanliness cost it two stars: the dishes and cutlery were dirty, some covered in hair, so everything needed washing. There were no dish towels, just one pot holder, and no good sharp knives or cutting board. The glass doors looked badly neglected. One sheet was missing the first night, but they brought it promptly. We only used the place for sleeping and breakfast. The cleaning team arrived half an hour early on departure day without knocking, which I found unacceptable. The stocked fridge was completely overpriced, so buying or bringing your own groceries is much better. The promised sparkling wine or wine wasn't there either, which was a shame. Would we return? Maybe as a last resort if nothing else worked.

We had a very pleasant stay in this clean, stylish apartment in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Underground parking was included, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The nearby REWE supermarket is handy if you want to cook for yourself. I have only positive things to say and would gladly stay again. :)

The underfloor heating kept the apartment nice and warm, and it was very clean, tastefully furnished, with a great atmosphere. A few extras would have been nice, like large mirrors, a rain shower head, and Tassimo teas.
