For a one-night stay, it was very nice. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived, and the bathroom was good. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. There was free coffee and other drinks from a machine around the clock. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I enjoyed a hot chocolate or two. I could hear quite a lot from the other rooms and halls, though as a heavy sleeper it didn't bother me much. Four stars feels right: good, but nothing that really made it stand out.

We felt relaxed and happy with our stay. The hotel was comfortable, well located, and peaceful, and the rooms were clean. Staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. Free tea and coffee in the lobby was a lovely extra. What more could we ask for?

The night receptionist was moody and honestly quite intimidating. They tried to smooth things over by offering us breakfast, but that didn't make the rude, impolite treatment any better.

The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, and I had a very good experience. There’s free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast costs 18 euros per person.

The reception looked decent, but the room was uncomfortable and poorly kept, and the photos gave a very misleading impression. It was so tiny that my luggage barely fit. Towels and hand wash were the only basic items there, not even a glass. When I asked the front desk for one, I was rudely told, “you have to bring it back,” as though they thought I might steal it. The staff felt unwelcoming and like they were only working reluctantly. Breakfast cost €34 and was well below even basic expectations, which made it feel like a rip-off. For what I paid, this was a huge disappointment. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, welcoming stay in Bremen, and I wouldn't return.
