The fantastic view was a real highlight, and the apartment is beautiful with everything you need. Thick walls keep the neighbors’ noise out, the rooms are well-appointed, the children’s room is lovingly furnished, and the Wi-Fi is good. There are two toilets, but both are quite high up for some reason. The bins are in the courtyard behind the anthracite-colored door, which is a bit hard to find since the elevator has no level 0, just level 1 and then -1. We booked a parking space for €8 per day and felt secure in the underground garage with our own remote control. Otherwise, we were satisfied. I’d take off half a point for the high toilets and the service, especially how available they were when we had questions.

It’s so much fun to wander around the beautiful new harbor, especially at night, with all its museums and places to explore.

We could walk to just about everything, including the Climate House and Zoo am Meer. Btide Speedboat and the Sail City Hotel observation deck were around 10-15 minutes away. Our apartment was clean and roomy enough for six, with a lovely harbor view, and the woman who showed us in knew the area well. The alarm system secures the grounds, and you can book a garage space right there. The one-key arrangement was awkward for six people, though.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and laid out really well. People were friendly, and there were plenty of nearby places to eat. We also enjoyed the small zoo, outlet shopping center, and climate museum. Would happily come back, and I recommend it.

The houses look nice, but I found the view shameful, and I wouldn't want to live there. There aren't any no-parking signs, which made things difficult for my relatives when they came to visit. You'd die of loneliness.
