From the fifth floor, there was a fantastic view of the Weser and Geeste as soon as you walked in. The apartment was beautifully and tastefully furnished in an industrial style, with everything we needed, a fully equipped kitchen and very good mattresses in all three bedrooms. The elevator was very quiet. The seven-story building is plain-looking and old, but well cared for and peaceful. The location is very central. The Climate House and the German Emigration Center are easy to reach on foot, and it's a good place to start a bike ride, with the fishing harbor just a few minutes away by bike. I strongly recommend renting a space in the underground garage, since finding free street parking is nearly impossible.

We spent four nights in the "River Docks" apartment in Bremerhaven, five of us in all, and everyone was thrilled with it. The apartment was spotless and just as shown in the pictures, with a fantastic view. The Climate House, the German Emigration Center, the harbor and restaurants are all within walking distance. The owners were easy and friendly to communicate with. We highly recommend it.
