The freshly tapped pilsner was good, and the prices seemed reasonable. The place feels more like a pub than a restaurant, and the very friendly service is great with children. The food fits that setting too, more like fast food than restaurant fare, with lots of frozen items and sauces from a bucket.

Parking could be better, but it’s a great place to stay for a few days. This is a personally run hotel right in central Brilon. It’s not brand new, though it’s well maintained, and the rooms and bathrooms are spotless. The restaurant serves good, plentiful food at fair prices, and the beer is well kept. Highly recommended overall.

A good pub for meeting friends over a few beers, darts, or football. There’s a bowling alley too. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, with good leisure options as well.

The service was sensational, the food delicious, and the prices very fair. They even had Kölsch! I’d been really looking forward to finally eating there. I have to take off a point for the room being 16 degrees, having no salad dressing, and allowing smoking in the dining area.
