The room was unhygienic, with dirty sheets, shelves, and shower, plus streaks on the toilet. We also found a foul smell in the hallway when we arrived. Staff were hard to find and barely spoke German or English, so communication was basically nonexistent. Parking is extremely limited, and at 11:45 AM, staff came by and tried to get us to leave even though checkout was meant to be noon. Not recommended at all.

Good service, and the place was clean, comfortable, and nice. The only issue was weak water pressure, so the toilet didn't always flush reliably.

Getting to check in two hours before the official time was a real plus. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and the room had everything I needed. Great value for the money too. I had a very positive stay and would happily come back.

For the price, I expected better. The room was in poor shape, with damaged, worn furniture that was visibly dirty. There were stains and scratches on the walls, especially near the bed, and the shelves and storage areas looked neglected. Cleanliness and upkeep should be a given. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.
