We found it peaceful and quiet, with parking beneath the hotel, a lift, and reliable Wi-Fi. It’s a two-storey building, about 10 minutes from the highway and 5 from town, while Munich is around 40 minutes away. The modern rooms were clean and tidied daily. Breakfast was modest but fresh and nicely presented, and you can ask for fresh scrambled eggs. The staff were really helpful and pleasant, and reception was open when we arrived on Sunday evening. The price matched the quality. A well-deserved 10/10.

The rooms and bathrooms have been remodeled nicely, and our room had a balcony where we could enjoy the mountain and countryside view with a drink. The Hotel Manager was kind and attentive, and breakfast was included and worth having. There was no AC, despite what we’d read in other reviews, but temperatures were in the 50s and 60s, so we slept with the windows open. Parking was free, and the football fields were a 22-minute walk away. We’d definitely stay again.

We felt very well looked after throughout our stay, especially by the owner, the staff, and Anneliese 💖 at breakfast, who were all so friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, with a genuinely welcoming team. We were there from May 24th to 26th, 2026. Just keep in mind that check-in is only from 4 pm to 8 pm, and they take cash only. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

CASH ONLY. The hotel was quiet, clean, and pleasant, with a modern look and lots of wood. It was easy to find and has its own parking. Staff were polite, and at breakfast they asked whether we wanted tea or coffee. I thought breakfast was good, and you can request scrambled or fried eggs. The shower was a good size, and both the room and bathroom floors were heated. There’s no air conditioning. The mattress was very hard and the large pillow wasn’t very cozy, so sleeping comfortably was difficult. Standard toilet paper felt rough and scratchy, though softer paper was available. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with room to improve. The big issue is that they only accept cash, with no card payments, which really seems necessary for a hotel built in 2021. If they accepted cards, it would be almost perfect.

Breakfast was a lovely start to the day. The team greeted me warmly, paid attention to what I needed, and let me relax and enjoy the meal. The rooms are spotless and comfortably furnished, with everything you need and nothing excessive. Even the spacious bathroom is well maintained and has a bit of charm. That simple, thoughtful combination made the Heufelder Hof a very pleasant surprise. For a small, sweet place that feels just right, I’d wholeheartedly recommend it. But shhh... it’s practically a hidden gem! 😉
