We stayed for six months and would choose this place again. The office staff speak English, pets are allowed for a reasonable fee, and there's always parking, either in the main lot or in the area you can open with your card. Deliveries can go to the main office, and they respond quickly when something needs attention. Maid service every two weeks was a nice touch, and the apartments and buildings were cleaned well. Getting to the nearby Rewe on foot takes about 25 minutes along an odd route, so walking there isn't easy. The golf course restaurant does a nice lunch and dinner, while Budenheim's restaurants, pharmacy, and other places are a 7-10 minute drive away. A few things could be better. The Wi-Fi goes out fairly often, at least once a month for a full day or so. The showers tend to spill over a little, and the TV often needs to be completely unplugged to fix its problems. The brand had been discontinued for those same issues. Accessibility is limited too: there is a ramp entrance you can unlock with a separate key, but it's steep and long, and the route from the main entrance through the basement is complicated if you have trouble walking or use a wheelchair.

There’s plenty of free parking, and the train and bus stop are close enough to reach on foot or by bike. The area’s worth exploring by bike, including a ride along the Rhine. This new apart-hotel is right beside a golf club, with spacious rooms and good beds. The photos are accurate, and every apartment has a balcony where you can eat outside when the weather cooperates.

The apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell that was still there after more than a week of Febreeze and open windows. It was so hard to sleep in. The free WiFi barely worked, and this place felt nowhere near worth the price. This is an apartment, not a hotel, so clean sheets, fresh towels, emptied bins, and toilet paper aren't included. You have to supply those yourself, or pay extra for the services. The location is an industrial park, with no shops within walking distance and industrial buildings in view, though the top-floor outlook might be okay. It backs onto a golf course, if that's your thing, but people smoking pot hang out between the building and the course. We had an awful stay and won't return.

The guests made it extremely loud, and it was impossible to feel at home. The owners seem to be trying to gouge people. The equipment and features are far below hotel standards, everything feels ultra-cheap, and disability access doesn't comply with the law.
