Appartementhaus Alt Büsum

The apartment was centrally located, and it was a pleasant stay in Büsum overall. The nearby hotel, about five minutes away on foot, had a really excellent breakfast buffet for €11.50, which we highly recommend. We had a two-bedroom apartment for four adults. It was generally clean, and the bathroom was modern and well maintained. The second bedroom, though, needs improvement. Its two single beds were separated from the rest of the apartment by an old built-in wardrobe from the 70s or 80s, which made the room feel dated. A musty smell from the wardrobe spread through the whole apartment and was especially unpleasant when sleeping with our heads beside it. The room was sparsely furnished, with only a small shelf, a bedside lamp, and one free electrical outlet, which isn’t enough by today’s standards. So, a clean place with a modern bathroom and the option of a very good hotel breakfast, but the second bedroom’s furnishings and smell were a real drawback.

Everything went smoothly, and we were even able to extend our holiday at short notice. The staff were friendly, and the apartment was well equipped, cared for, and, above all, clean. We had a wonderful family break and would happily recommend the rentals. We’d love to return! ♥️

We had three lovely days in Apartment 3, and there was plenty of space for all of us. I’m Peter, and I stayed with Birger and our boys Felix and Dennis. The room was fantastic, with a lovely terrace, and everything was within walking distance. We also had perfect weather. The only thing we missed was a salt shaker. You can enjoy peace and quiet while still being only a few minutes on foot from both the beach and the town center. The apartments are top-notch, there’s parking for every visitor, and they have everything you need. This review is incredibly long!
