Hotel Insel Büsum

The family lagoon is right next door, and the city center is about a 20-minute walk away. Such a great setting for a relaxing vacation. The hotel is beautiful and cute, with a fantastic location. Rooms are clean and very well kept, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

We were delighted when, three days after booking breakfast, we arrived to find a beautifully decorated table. The receptionist had listened closely when we made the booking. You can have breakfast here even if you're not staying at the hotel, which is what we wanted to do. Breakfast was excellent, and staff were friendly and attentive. Thanks again, we'd love to come back.

The price is hard to beat: just under €15 gets you a buffet with everything your heart could want, fresh rolls, different breads, and unlimited hot drinks. We came for breakfast during our holiday, and Doreen and the team pampered us every day, taking care of every request right away. We'll definitely return!

What makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone comes across as genuinely happy to be at work, and that warmth reaches the guests too. They’re attentive and friendly without making it feel rehearsed. The rooms are nice, and breakfast is very good. You’re only a three-minute walk from the swimming lagoon. Once the planned balcony sunshade is finished, the place will be perfect.
