The house was beautiful, modern, clean, and well kept, and we all felt comfortable there. Büsum has plenty to explore, from its pleasant town center for strolling and shopping to the promenade and lovely sea views, great for long walks. The grill was very dirty and unusable when we wanted to use it. After I called the very friendly customer service, we found a solution together. They credited me €30 for cleaning the grill, which felt fair and very accommodating.

There aren’t any services here. It’s a holiday home, not a hotel!
