The location couldn’t be better, just 200 meters from the beach and lagoon, with a supermarket 100 meters away. Breakfast was superb, and there’s a shaded spot on the terrace if you want to sit outside. The landlord was friendly, and everything was great. 11 out of 10 points. Just don’t blame the landlord for the weather or the occasional low water level in the North Sea. :-)

Dear Petra and Bodo, we’re so grateful for the lovely time we spent with you. We felt cared for and so welcome that we really felt like part of the family. Your love for the guesthouse is obvious. The dike-side location, lovely rooms, tasty breakfast, and warm hospitality made this another unforgettable holiday. Thank you so much. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Hi Petra, hi Bodo, we felt just as comfortable this time as we did in August. You’re wonderful, always friendly and accommodating, and always doing your best to make things possible. We were in Büsum last year, but this is our first stay at Bodo’s guesthouse. My friends and I have everything we need in the holiday apartment, while my daughter has a single room in the main building. We’re more than happy with both. The host is so kind and friendly. After everything we’ve been through, we were able to relax here. Thank you for arranging a room for our daughter, too. We’ll definitely be back next year. A well deserved 5 stars.
