The guesthouse is definitely recommendable if you don't have sore feet. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the harbor, though the parking right in front of the house is great. My single room was small but nice, and the breakfast buffet was good, with several kinds of sausage and cheese, jams, Nutella, and other sausages in packets. They also serve eggs. The owner always asked me first, and I've gotten one every time so far! @ Ms. Rössing! For the price, it's a reasonable deal, and there's free Wi-Fi. I missed having a town map of Büsum, which is available free at the tourist information office, and a drinks machine in the entrance would be nice. The toilet paper took me back to my time in the German army in the late 70s. The weather wasn't ideal, but nobody can be blamed for that.

I liked being able to borrow a bicycle without filling out any paperwork, and Alleestraße is only about a seven-minute walk away. The single room was lovely, with a great bathroom, and you can book it for longer than a weekend. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was clean and newly renovated, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast didn't impress me, unfortunately. The selection was very limited, with no eggs or orange juice. After reading so many positive reviews, I expected more.

Not recommended. We had a question about the room shortly before arriving, but nobody answered the phone or replied to our emails. We only got a call after posting a review on Booking.com. It's really sad how people treat you. The sofa bed was unacceptable, and there were still crumbs from the previous guest on the floor when we arrived. The online listing says there's a shared kitchen, but there was only a very poorly organized cupboard. Getting the keys was difficult too. We got one for the room and the safe, but not the front door. After two phone calls, and being told they always give out three keys, as if to suggest we'd lost another one, it finally arrived after a 45-minute wait. INCOMPETENT.

We stayed in double room no. 17 for a short break from September 21-26, 2021. The room was not cleaned for five days, and we got no fresh towels. The inside of the window frame was very dirty, the dresser behind the TV was dusty, and the balcony ashtray was overflowing when we arrived. The balcony outlet was broken and poorly designed as a triple outlet, with no other outlet for a laptop. The bed creaked with every movement, even after it was turned off with felt buttons. The bathroom sink only had warm water, and there was no outlet for a toothbrush. At breakfast, there were no napkins on three days and no black tea on three days. The breakfast room wasn't mopped or vacuumed for five days. Some cutlery was dirty, and forks were missing. The service staff were completely unsuitable and constantly absent, and nobody was there at all on Sunday.
