Haus Hanghuhn

Our bikes were stored securely and had charging facilities, and the information provided gave us plenty of ideas for cycling around the Moselle. The owners were welcoming and helpful, and we liked being able to buy their wines and homemade jams. The attic apartment at Haus Hanghuhn was a lovely surprise, with modern, harmonious furnishings and a view of the Moselle. It had everything we needed. We left in great spirits and will definitely visit again. The price was excellent for the quality.

We felt right at home in the clean, beautifully furnished apartment. We had everything we needed for a lovely few days in Bullay and along the Moselle. Thanks to the owners for making our stay so nice :-)

The private terrace was a lovely spot on full-moon evenings, with a table, chairs, and parasol. We also appreciated the spacious bathroom and large walk-in shower, along with a well-equipped kitchen. Since my partner uses a wheelchair, we were glad to find an accessible apartment at Haus Hanghuhn for our long-awaited August holiday on the Moselle. It has a separate sloped entrance, and the only challenge was the steep approach to the house, which suits its name. There’s a lockable bicycle shed, and the cellar has just the right wine. The informative folder explained the area and the apartments’ “quirky” names. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you.

We’ve already booked for next year, and our friends are looking forward to it too! The apartments are spotless and nicely furnished, with everything in place. There’s secure storage and charging for e-bikes, plus an Edeka supermarket and bakery nearby. Best wishes from the Schwedt family 😉
