We know this place best for its restaurant. Whenever we visit Burg, Bleske is where we go for our first lunch or dinner, and the traditional food is well prepared. The hotel itself has had some remodeling, including a winter garden and a larger dining room.

The hotel was OK, and so were the friends. The payment situation was a big problem, though: they wouldn’t accept international bank cards or credit cards. The local bank would only let me take out 50 euros per transaction, and the bank charged 4.9 euros each time I withdrew 50.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were tidy and a good size.

The restaurant felt overpriced. The soup came without bread, and the portion was really small.

The food was good, and the service was good too.
