Very clean, nice rooms.

The staff were surprised too, and can’t be blamed for the listing problem. We booked through another platform for a triple room with breakfast, but this place hasn’t offered either triple rooms or breakfast for two years. It’s quiet and clean, and perfectly adequate if all you need is a bed and a shower. We picked up provisions at the nearby shop and were set. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Sleep was the main reason I chose this quiet hotel, and after three weeks I can say it was excellent for that. It’s in the middle of the forest, the air is fantastic, and it’s incredibly quiet. Even with the window open, mosquitoes didn’t disturb me. The bed and bedding were good, just right for relaxing and getting deep sleep. My room was upstairs with the forest view I’d requested. It was very clean, functional, and tastefully furnished, though taste is personal. The wooden furniture and modern bathroom were perfectly adequate. Internet matters to me for work. My own D2 connection had no LTE at all, and 4G only occasionally reached one bar. In this area it’s very slow or unavailable, so I couldn’t rely on it. All rooms are supposed to have WiFi, but mine was at the edge of the hotel’s coverage and had no signal. I mentioned it at reception, and ten minutes later they brought me my own WiFi router to boost the hotel signal. Great, because otherwise I’d have had to leave the room I wanted. Don’t expect much speed, though; websites loaded very, very slowly. I can’t really blame the hotel for that. I didn’t explore the rest of the hotel complex, so I can’t comment on it. Since a good night’s sleep was what mattered most, I’d definitely stay again.
