Having EDEKA right next door was a big plus, and the room had everything we needed to cook. We also had plenty of parking. After a long, exhausting day at LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort, it was a welcome place to come back and rest. The rooms were much more spacious than we expected. The bathroom was clean, nice, and felt modern, as the hotel seems fairly new. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to set us up for the day. For an affordable stay that’s clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast, this is definitely a good choice.

The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, and the hotel is quiet, so it’s good for business travelers. The gym and sauna are included in the price. Breakfast was superb, with lots of vegan options. The staff were very friendly, too. I forgot my charger, and they promptly gave me a spare. It’s a three-star hotel, but better than most of the four-star places I’ve visited.

I found the customer service rude and unprofessional. They weren’t willing to accommodate a legitimate situation involving travel restrictions and government obligations. Even after I explained what was going on, they refused to reschedule or waive the cancellation fee. It didn’t feel military-friendly at all, and based on how they treat guests, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Breakfast was excellent, and there was parking for plenty of cars. The rooms were large, and the place was new, very clean, and quiet.

Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were polite and very helpful. The rooms were clean, there was enough parking, and everything was well organized. The hotel exceeded my expectations.
