The food was partly good and the atmosphere was nice, but the pepper sauce was mostly pepper, hardly sauce. I mentioned it politely to the waiter, who looked bored and just said it was pepper sauce. I thought that was a bit rude. From my own customer service experience, they could simply have said they’d pass it on to the chefs. The staff generally seemed uninterested, which was disappointing since my family eats here often and we hadn’t had that experience before. I hope they do better and that this was just a one-off.

The breakfast was poor, there was no Wi-Fi, and I could hear trains. The place also didn’t smell good.
