The kids had a great time at the play barn, even though it’s clearly getting old. It could use a winter of renovation. The houses are nicely furnished, and each has a little terrace and shed with a charcoal grill, handy for locking up rental bikes. We were about 5 or 10 minutes on foot from either the grassy beach or the North Sea lagoon. It got pretty hot in the living room because the patio doors couldn’t be darkened, so next time we’ll bring a fan or gazebo. We’d like to return, though maybe not right away. It was a lovely holiday my family will remember.

The North Sea lagoon is about 200 meters away, and the park itself has lovely houses. Great place!
