Ferienhaus Beerennest

The Blueberry vacation apartment is freshly renovated, spotless, and makes a good starting point for seeing the area. We stayed upstairs in this older house in central Burhave with our small family, mom, dad, and two children aged 7 and 9. The kids' play area was a real highlight, and the huge bathroom made it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. Wi-Fi was dependable and helped make the stay relaxing.

We booked at short notice, only a day and a half before arriving, and had a really good five days as raspberries in the Berry Nest. The owners were super friendly and straightforward to deal with. The apartment was already clean, tidy, and warm when we got there, so we could settle in right away. It's roomy enough for two adults and two kids, with modern, comfortable furnishings. Blackberries were staying in the other apartment at the same time, but we never heard them. There was a mix-up over the tourist tax, which can happen, and the extra amount we paid was refunded immediately without us having to ask. We might not have noticed otherwise, so thanks for being so honest. We often come back to Burhave on fairly short notice, and we'd happily stay in the Berry Nest again if either apartment is free.

We loved the location and would gladly return to the Erdbeere apartment. Our group of five, two parents and children aged 19 and 16, stayed for seven days. There are three bedrooms and comfortable space for up to six people. The place was spotless and nicely furnished, with a sofa and dining table large enough for everyone. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, even bin bags, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, cloths, and a tea towel. The bathroom was a good size and had hand soap, two or three rolls of toilet paper, and a bath mat. Cushions and blankets made the sofa cozy, and the games were a nice extra. Communication with the landlord was excellent.

The cleanliness and the amenities both need attention. I wouldn't recommend this vacation rental.
