The contactless check-in made everything easy. They sent me a code for the key box, so I didn't need to wait for anyone at the entrance, which was a big help while I was busy. I was there for a conference, and the central location was unbeatable. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The pillows were a little too soft for me, but that's personal preference. It was a smooth, independent stay. Definitely recommend!

After parking, we could explore the old town on foot from this lovely hotel's spot right at its edge. Our room was nicely decorated and well equipped, and there's an excellent restaurant very close by. Celle is a lovely city too. I'd happily stay here again on another visit and recommend it without hesitation.

We slept well in a quiet, fairly spacious ground-floor room with garden access. The bathroom had plenty of room for two, and the firm mattress and pillows suited us. Staff were helpful, and the secure underground garage and central location were convenient. Wi-Fi worked in the garden and breakfast room, but not in our room. One downside was the eggy smell in the breakfast room, which we noticed walking from the lift or stairs to our room even with the garden door wide open.

The entrance was the one thing that could be clearer. We unloaded on the street behind the hotel and nearly missed the proper entrance, with its covered drop-off area and secure parking. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant visit: central, spacious, and stylish.

We had a big room and a comfortable bed, and breakfast was good. The staff were really friendly, and the hotel is right in the middle of town. The Wi-Fi was down, though I didn't mind the chance to unplug.
