The room was dirty, and the pizza cost €15 even though it was a frozen one. During the whole week, nobody cleaned the room or changed the towels or bed linen, even after I put the sign on the door. I had to take the rubbish to housekeeping myself. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

The room had an old-fashioned feel and was near the elevator, so I could hear everyone using it. The staff were friendly, though, and the food had allergen separation.

Getting out of the parking lot at checkout turned into a hassle because the receptionist hadn’t told me I needed a coin. I had to go back inside. The roadworks all around were a problem too, and when I called reception for directions, the night clerk didn’t speak English and just hung up. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the rooms felt damp. With the windows open, smoke from people below came in. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and clearly needs replacing.

The buffet breakfast and the restaurant’s good evening menu both worked well for me. The rooms are nice, and the staff are friendly. Seems suited to either a business trip or a leisure stay. Recommended.
