The reception staff were great, and I slept well. The buffet was small, but the location is perfect, right next to Karl Marx head. If you’re visiting, go take a look. It’s beautiful and impressive.

The staff were very polite, and they let us check in early even though we hadn’t asked in advance. It’s a very nice hotel near the city centre, with very clean rooms.

The staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s a good option for a short stay, right in the city centre.

8/10
The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good, nicely organized and satisfying even if it wasn't luxurious. The room was surprisingly clean, with no signs of wear and no unpleasant smells. We did have to pay the city tax separately.

The bathroom was a joke: water got everywhere, and it couldn't be darkened, so whenever one of us went to the toilet, the other woke up. We paid extra for breakfast but never got a voucher, and there were no second towels or bedding. We told them several times that we'd added and paid for a second person for the second night, but nothing worked, including the second key card. When we asked for bedding, the staff handed us sheets and made us put the bed together ourselves. For a room costing over €100 a night, I shouldn't have to make my own bed. Never again.
