Hotel Christina

The bugs were so bad that calling it an infestation almost feels like an understatement. The hallway smelled odd, too, though that's beside the point. As soon as I walked into my room, I saw two silverfish. Then there was a bigger one on the wall. In the bathroom, I found three more in the shower, another in a towel, and one by the toilet. Even putting the bugs aside, there were several hairs on one of the supposedly clean towels and on the bed sheets. I lasted only 2 hours at this hotel. It felt like some kind of social experiment to see how long I could stand it.

I stayed just one night in a single room on the second floor. Reception was really friendly and professional, and answered my questions. The room was tidy, with a TV, bed, and big cabinet. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was clean and had the necessary items. There are lots of markets and restaurants nearby. Thanks again! 😺

The customer service was amazing. Patricia was especially helpful and kind, and so were the rest of the colleagues. Rooms are simple and clean, with everything you need. The tram station is very close, and a 10-minute ride takes you right outside the köln cathedral. Would visit again!

The staff were very good, but the value didn't feel right for the price. The rooms are very small, and the lighting was the main problem for me during my stay. It was really dim inside. If you want to travel by tram, you have to walk at least 800 meters from the hotel.
