I had a reservation for November 2nd, 2010, confirmed several times by email, but when I arrived around 6:30 PM there were no rooms for me. An "employee" with a migrant background rudely said that after 6 PM all the rooms were gone. There was an event at the E-Werk, and apparently a few people had gotten a bit too enthusiastic, so the reserved rooms had disappeared. I strongly advise everyone against booking there.
