The hotel felt clean and modern, and looked better than the photos. For what we paid, I was very pleased. The room was nice, with decent AC and no road noise, and the price was low. There’s a bus right outside that gets to the center in 10-15 minutes, so we used it a lot, though you can walk if you want.
So far, it's been a lovely stay. The room is tidy and clean, and the toiletries are lovely. Reception have been really helpful. The bar feels cosy, and Nico, our bartender, was so kind and helpful. His customer service is outstanding. We'd recommend staying here.
We loved our stay. The staff were lovely and helped us get a connecting room, which worked great for our family of five with three young kids. The location was perfect, and we could walk to the places we wanted to visit. Thank you.
It's a peaceful place to get a good night's sleep, and there's a very good gym on the roof. Town is around a 15-20 minute walk away, with plenty of food options within walking distance. It did cost a bit more than some similar places.
Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful spot, about a 20-minute walk from the city center. We stayed at Novotel Köln City. It's a solid 4-star hotel, though the comfort doesn't quite reach five-star level. The safe was broken and unusable for three days, a minor inconvenience. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
